operation method

1. Press the green button in the power switch of the capsule filling machine to turn on the power;

2. Slowly adjust the vibration intensity adjustment knob clockwise. At this time, the finishing tray integrated with the vibration bracket starts to vibrate, and adjust to a suitable vibration intensity;

Generally speaking, there are many round holes with upper, lower, and lower funnels drilled on the sorting tray. 4. The capsule shell and capsule cap fall into the round hole with the opening facing upwards. If some openings face downwards, you can use the capsule cap to gently press the sleeve down to pull it out;

5. Hold the capsule shell connecting plate horizontally, and gently push in the lower part of the sorting tray, the powder-filled capsule shell in the sorting tray will fall down into the round hole of the connecting plate, and then take out the connecting plate. In the same way, take out the capsule cap with the capsule cap connecting plate of the capsule filling machine.

Precautions for use

1. As a vibrating machine, the fastening of the screws in each part should be checked frequently. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in time to prevent failure and damage.

2. The plexiglass parts (worktable, medicine board) should avoid direct sunlight and close to high temperature, and no heavy objects should be placed on it. The medicine board must be placed vertically or flat to avoid deformation and damage.

3.The electrical shell and body must be grounded to ensure safety, and the power supply should be cut off after work.

4. After working every day, the residual medicine on the machine and in the mold hole should be cleaned to keep the whole machine clean and hygienic, and avoid washing the main machine with water. If the mold on the machine needs to be cleaned, the fixing screw can be loosened, and then it can be taken down, which is convenient for installation.
